Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau • Own the creation and adoption of KPIs within the CS team • Analyze customer behavior and product usage to identify trends • Audit and maintain customer data across systems • Identify opportunities to automate data preparation using AI • Partner with Customer Success leadership to support customer experience • Equip Customer Success teams with actionable insights for Quarterly Business Reviews • Work with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to maintain a single source of truth

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python
  • Experience with or exposure to AI-driven analytics or reporting tools
  • Proven ability to turn raw data into clear insights
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to explain complex data
