• Develop accurate and timely investigator grants and per-subject cost estimates using fair market value tools • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and CROs to review and refine study-specific budgets • Lead process improvements and training sessions to enhance site budgeting practices • Provide subject matter expertise for assigned therapeutic areas and support peers with guidance • Handle site budgeting escalations and resolve complex issues effectively • Ensure internal systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner • Mentor and onboard peers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration • Engage with stakeholders from early planning through the budgeting lifecycle and present budget scenarios to study teams
