• Coordinate with marketing, consulting, and internal technical teams to manage sprint deliverables • Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Manage and monitor project intake, prioritization, and progress tracking • Identify and address dependencies, obstacles, and risks across multiple workstreams • Prepare reports, status updates, and process documentation for internal use • Support Marketing Operations initiatives through capacity planning and operational efficiency improvements • Escalate critical issues and roadblocks proactively to ensure timely project delivery.
