• Develop and implement automated testing solutions to streamline testing cycles and enable faster product releases to customers • Take responsibility for delivering both manual and automated testing solutions for customer-facing features • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX Designers, and Compliance, to gain insights into customer usage models and ensure alignment with business goals • Create comprehensive test plans and suites that simulate real-world scenarios and support regression testing, driving the software development process toward quality-driven methodologies • Work closely with development and business teams to communicate potential impacts and thoroughly understand business requirements • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities
