• Design, develop, and maintain applications, workflows, and dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform, including: ◦ Power Apps ◦ Power Automate (Flow) ◦ Power BI ◦ MS Dataverse ◦ MS Forms • Configure and maintain low-code solutions using CSS, DAX, HTML, JavaScript, and M to enhance functionality and user experience. • Develop and manage Microsoft SharePoint sites, site collections, hubs, and embedded content, including implementation of workflows and role-based access controls. • Administer user accounts, software licenses, and security groups through both self-managed and OI&T-managed portals. • Lead or support project management activities including task prioritization, scheduling, estimation, and lifecycle planning. • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, implement solutions, support adoption, and manage transition or retirement of applications. • Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives.
