• Build and Evolve Components: Create and refine standardized UI components that deliver the highest standards of quality, performance, accessibility, and design fidelity. • Ensure Quality & Consistency: Conduct code reviews, validate design fit and finish, and collaborate with the Design team through implementation reviews to ensure pixel-perfect execution. • Maintain the Design System Library: Publish, document, and maintain components in our centralized library — ensuring scalability and ease of adoption across teams. • Integrate into Existing Products: Work with teams to integrate design system components into existing products that are transitioning to shared UI infrastructure. • Partner Across Engineering: Act as a consultant and mentor for other engineering teams, promoting best practices for using and extending the design system. • Prototype & Explore New Ideas: Create live prototypes and proofs of concept to test and validate new patterns, workflows, and UI paradigms before full-scale development.
