Job Description

• Partnering with the client services team to coordinate the project scope, project schedule, and project costs; • Overseeing the competitive bid and negotiation process with supplier partners; • Overseeing all aspects of the print production process from inception to delivery; • Serving as a project manager to monitor the status of all work in progress to ensure that deadlines are met; • Completing the expenditure process with timely, accurate estimated costs through final expenditures.

Job Requirements

  • 4 + years of direct mail fundraising production experience or a related role;
  • Knowledge of postal regulations and mailing best practices;
  • Experience independently managing multiple complex projects;
  • Strong excel experience;
  • Skilled in project management, planning, analysis, and problem-solving;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of statistics;
  • Demonstrated relationship building through client interfacing;
  • Familiar with basic direct marketing principles and direct mail production;
  • Strong interest in working with nonprofits and political organizations;
  • A proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, track progress of each job, and manage a budget;
  • Willingness to take initiative and use good judgment to resolve issues.
