Job Description
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the 1HMX five-year growth plan
• Build and manage a global sales pipeline
• Expand penetration into targeted vertical markets
• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with decision makers
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance global sales organization
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine value propositions
• Provide customer and market intelligence to influence product development
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of building and executing multi-year growth strategies
- Strong network and direct experience selling into aerospace/defense
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex global negotiations
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
