Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years’ experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support OR Nine years’ experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support.
- Minimum 2 years consulting experience
- Expert knowledge of Office 365
- Expert knowledge of Exchange 2010-2019 and Exchange Online
- Understanding of Microsoft Security and Purview
- Strong understanding of Microsoft O365/Entra Identity
- Experience with Migration Tools such as Quest ODM/ BitTitan / Other
- Understanding of Windows 2008/2012/2016/2022 Server/AD domain infrastructure
- Ability to understand, assess and propose solutions for resolving customer questions and issues.
- Proven project oversight responsibilities and mentoring of technical teams/consultants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with leadership stakeholders and clients.
- Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers.
- Proven ability to identify and deliver technical documentation that meets client defined expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, especially client and project changes, with demonstrated analytical skills to identify potential risks.
- History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in applying lessons learned to unique problems, with a history of adapting to new technologies and determining their benefits for clients.
- Must be able and willing to work beyond regularly scheduled shifts, including select weekends and overtime as necessary, to meet operational needs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to other CDW locations or client sites.
