Job Description
**What You’ll Own**
**Acquisition**
- SEO, content, ads, paid channels, and all inbound engine work
- Landing pages, funnels, CRO
- Affiliates + strategic partnerships
- Community-led and product-led acquisition loops
**Activation**
- Trial → Paid conversion
- Onboarding experience and lifecycle
- Email nurture, in-app lifecycle flows
- First value, time-to-value, activation levers
**Revenue**
- Revenue forecasting + projections
- CAC → Payback → LTV modeling
- Lead scoring, attribution, analytics
- Pricing, packaging, bundles, monetization
**Retention & Expansion**
- Improve churn reduction systems
- Create expansion and upsell paths
- Build NRR-positive flywheels
- Support CS with strategic retention insights
**Growth Infrastructure**
- Growth sprints & experimentation
- Analytics stack + dashboards
- Attribution + data integrity
- Manage freelancers/agencies for SEO/ads/content
Job Requirements
- Must-Haves**
- 4–7+ years in SaaS growth/revenue/marketing roles
- Deep experience across PLG, funnels, onboarding, lifecycle
- Strong in data: SQL, GA4, attribution, dashboards (or similar)
- Ability to model CAC, LTV, churn, payback, cohort analysis
- Experience running growth sprints and experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with pricing/packaging strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, CS, Engineering
- Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience with API-first or infrastructure SaaS
- GDPR/SOC2 familiarity
- Background in support operations
- Experience with global teams (LATAM, EU, Asia)
