Job Requirements
- Active California RN license required
- 2 years Clinical Experience as a Registered Nurse
- 1 year Home Health Clinical Experience as an RN
- 1 year demonstrated proficiency in Home Health OASIS Review including all types of OASIS
- 1 year Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Preferred - OASIS Certification
- Preferred – Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR
