• Provide customer support of technology, such as printers, PC's, Mac, etc. • M365 and G-Suites Support. • Onsite visits as needed (optional). • New computer setup / replacement. • General network and IT support. • Provisioning new PCs. • Providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. • Management of IT system infrastructure and any processes related to those systems. • Providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices. • Providing problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. • Configuration and management of Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating system software. • Administering and securing network switching and routing devices. • Managing and maintaining network security through the use of access controls and path management. • Performing daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems. • Providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. • Optimizing system operations and resource utilization and performing system capacity analysis and planning. • Configuring and managing Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating system software. • Implementing operating systems enhancements improving reliability and performance. • Providing detailed analysis and feedback to customers.
