Job Description

• Implement Innovative’s technology in various environments; on-site, remotely (SaaS) or hybrid • Execute all facets of the software and services delivery life cycle from pre-sales support through product configuration, testing, training, integration, and implementation • Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to understand and learn about prospective client needs • Consult with clients; analyze and develop understanding of their data and product/customization needs • Provide consulting and client training, on-site or remotely • Perform testing to ensure product implementation meets or exceeds performance and quality standards

Job Requirements

3-7 years of experience performing technical implementations and integrations
Experience with SQL, C, Java, and other related programming languages
Fluency in both Spanish and English (Portuguese and other languages are a plus)
Undergraduate or higher level degree in computer or software engineering, computer or information science, mathematics or related degree or experience
Database management, data migration, and ETL transformation knowledge or experience
Ability to obtain and maintain proper travel documents including visas for Mexico and other countries
Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% (domestically and internationally)
