Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across full-stack development. • Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices. • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. • Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS. • Build scalable backend services using .NET Core and Azure Functions. • Implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs tailored for front-end needs. • Architect and deploy solutions on Azure using services like Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions. • Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitLab. • Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud infrastructure. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
Strong experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, Context API) or Angular
Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservice Architecture and Domain Driven Design.
Familiarity with SQL Server and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework)
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
