Job Description

• Writing clean, maintainable code across modern stacks (depending on team/project) • Using GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot daily as part of your development workflow • Building internal prompts, templates, and workflows to boost developer productivity • Supporting the engineering team with AI-assisted code reviews and debugging • Helping to integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines and documentation processes • Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Copilot and LLMs • Contributing to feature development, testing, and iterative improvements • Sharing best practice on using Copilot effectively and responsibly.

Job Requirements

1–3 years’ experience as a Software Developer (any modern language)
Comfortable working with Git, IDEs, and modern development workflows
Familiar with (or eager to learn) tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar AI assistants
Strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to experiment with new tech
Good understanding of software development principles (OOP, testing, version control)
Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
