• Facilitate workshops to understand goals, pain points, and process gaps. • Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and functional requirements. • Evaluate current state systems and propose Salesforce based improvements. • Communicate recommendations with clarity and credibility. • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools including objects, flows, automations, and security. • Support design decisions in partnership with technical architects. • Conduct functional testing and support UAT. • Develop documentation that supports adoption, training, and long term governance. • Lead functional workstreams within project teams. • Manage day to day client interactions and provide structured updates. • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support junior team members through coaching and quality review. • Work closely with developers, QA resources, and change management teams. • Partner with cross cloud specialists to ensure solutions scale. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, frameworks, and delivery assets.
