• Lead the strategy, execution, and governance of BeOne’s commercial predictive analytics initiatives • Serve as the primary business lead for predictive analytics programs • Define clear business goals, KPIs, and success metrics for predictive initiatives • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants • Partner with internal analytics and data teams to translate business needs into predictive use cases • Lead change management and adoption efforts • Continuously evaluate program performance and communicate progress to senior leadership • Identify and prioritize new predictive opportunities that align with BeOne’s strategic and commercial goals
