• Architect a unified operating model across DevOps, IT, data, security, and automation to support Product, GTM, Finance, and general Ops aspects of the business. • Roll out AI-driven agentic tooling across teams to accelerate decision-making and productivity. • Understanding of the Theory of Constraints and Continuous Deployment to identify bottlenecks and drive systemic improvements. • Lead, mentor, and scale an initial team of five — growing responsibly with business priorities. • Establish a robust security and compliance posture, including risk and incident response. • Build secure, scalable data platforms that act as trusted strategic assets. • Modernize internal systems to reduce friction and improve employee experience. • Partner with executives to align Information Operations (InfoOps) strategy with overall company goals. • Work closely with company stakeholders to enable/improve data-driven flows, such as product metrics and billing.
