Job Description

• Lead technical discovery for new product initiatives, including feasibility, system impacts, performance factors, and integration considerations. • Partner with Product Managers to refine scope, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on technical constraints and tradeoffs. • Translate product intent into clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, diagrams, and specifications. • Collaborate with Engineering on solution design, architectural alignment, and modeling system interactions. • Provide technical context during high-level estimations, sprint planning, refinement, and development discussions. • Create and maintain internal documentation related to services, data flows, APIs, and domain models. • Surface risks, opportunities, and innovations relevant to our architecture, AI capabilities, and healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, DSM, etc.). • Support Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Operations by providing clear context on system behavior and upcoming changes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
5+ years in a technical product, systems analysis, engineering, or technical program role.
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and integrations.
Experience writing technical requirements and acceptance criteria with Product Managers.
Ability to translate between business needs and technical details clearly and effectively.
Experience collaborating with architects and engineering leads on solution design.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
