Job Description

• Lead and inspire teams: Lead and mentor managers and individual contributors (global team), cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture • Shape Technical Vision: Translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans with measurable outcomes. • Deliver exceptional outcomes: Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise software • Optimize Processes: Build scalable systems that support continuous iteration, rapid testing, and quality • Collaborate cross functionally: Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to design innovative solutions to complex challenges. • Grow Talent: Drive recruitment, retention, and professional development of top engineering talent • Champion Technology: Advocate for tools and practices that maximize team impact while staying pragmatic and results-focused

Job Requirements

Proven success leading engineering organizations delivering large-scale SaaS or enterprise software products.
Experience managing distributed teams and delivering results across multiple time zones.
Strong technical background and systems-level understanding that commands the respect of engineering teams.
Solid grasp of modern architecture principles and patterns with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Demonstrated ability to scale products and teams while maintaining a high standard for uptime, quality, and performance.
A leadership style that balances urgency and accountability with empathy and team well-being.
Track record of building healthy, sustainable engineering cultures that foster innovation and retain top talent.
Ability to work 8 to 5 EST hours on most days
