Job Description

• Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals • Develop deep relationships with security leaders including CISOs, SOC Directors, and security operations managers • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, security workflows, and business requirements • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate Crogl's value proposition • Partner with Field Engineering and Solutions teams to design and execute proof-of-concept engagements • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and technical evaluations • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain detailed records in CRM systems • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes and gather market insights • Represent Crogl at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in Cybersecurity or Security Operations
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience selling to security leaders and technical buyers with deal sizes ranging from $100K to $500K+ ACV
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including SOC operations, threat detection, and security workflows
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences from practitioners to C-level executives
  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change
