Job Requirements
- Spanish: Native speaker
- English: Fluent / professional working proficiency
- Previous experience in debt collection or financial services within a call centre environment (strongly preferred)
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving , negotiation , and time management skills
- Reliable , detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Clean criminal record
