Job Description
• Ensure our core business systems are reliable, scalable, and well-aligned to go-to-market, customer retention, and operational efficiency priorities
• Translate company and functional priorities into an executable business systems roadmap, and drive disciplined delivery against it
• Own the execution and optimization of our business systems technical stack
• Act as a hands-on leader, remaining close to configuration, integrations, and data flows
• Partner closely with functional leaders in Sales, Customer, Marketing, Finance, HR, and RevOps
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers and Admins
Job Requirements
- 10-12 years of directly related experience in business systems
- At least 5+ years in leading small, fast paced technology teams
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and NetSuite is required
- Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies or intelligent automation to GTM or operational outcomes
- A proven track record of designing and supporting critical SaaS processes, specifically Lead-to-Opportunity, Pricing & Packaging, and Renewals
- Experience managing Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver complex system implementations on aggressive schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
