Job Description

• Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud tools • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create marketing journeys • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows and automations • Optimize email deliverability and engagement metrics for campaigns • Use AMPscript to create dynamic content for email campaigns • Configure MC Connect and integrate with Salesforce Sales Cloud

3+ years hands-on Marketing Cloud experience
Proficient with Journey Builder
Proficient with Data Extensions
Proficient with Automations
Proficient with SQL queries within MC
Proficient with Email Studio
Proficient with Mobile Studio
Experience troubleshooting data flows and automation failures
Basic AMPscript knowledge
Understanding of subscriber management, preferences, and consent models
Ability to translate marketing needs into technical journeys
5+ years Marketing Cloud experience (preferred)
Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant) (preferred)
Strong AMPscript development ability (preferred)
Experience with MC Connect + Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM (preferred)
Experience implementing journeys for student lifecycle or complex funnels (preferred)
Experience with API-based event triggers (preferred)
Experience optimizing deliverability and engagement metrics (preferred)
Familiarity with higher-ed recruitment or enrollment communications (preferred)
