Job Description

• Design and build scalable systems that improve data processing efficiency • Collaborate with other data engineers and platform teams • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies • Own the systems from design to deployment and ongoing operations

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in at least one major language on the JVM stack (Java or Scala)
  • Hands-on experience building distributed services (gRPC/REST)
  • Well-versed in building APIs, frameworks, and transport protocols
  • Experience with batch and real-time data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, Iceberg)
  • Expertise in building data platforms and data frameworks
  • Knowledge in data quality, system health, and observability
  • Product mindset with effective collaboration skills
  • Operational awareness supporting 24x7, high-scale, multi-tenant systems
  • Thrives in agile environments and adapts quickly to change
