• Receive, review, and investigate all incidents reported to the department including cargo damage or loss, third party property damage or loss, driver vehicle damage, paint spills, or driver injury. • Gather necessary statements, documentation, and evidence from customers, drivers, and third parties to determine next steps and the appropriate outcome for all parties involved. • Evaluate coverage, determine liability, and recommend appropriate claim resolutions. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and outcomes. • Control claim costs by verifying documentation, identifying opportunities to recover claim expenses, and submitting claims to insurance carriers whenever possible. • Maintain up-to-date and organized claim files in accordance with established processes to ensure accurate reporting. • Assist department with enrollment and maintenance of Curri’s Loss Waiver Program designed to offset claim related losses. • Support department projects and initiatives as needed.
