Job Description

• Implement and configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning & Execution, Fleet Management, Freight Payment, and Rate Management. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable OTM configurations and documentation. • Prepare test scenarios and execute Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT for OTM enhancements and new implementations. • Provide functional support for OTM processes including planning, execution, carrier communication, and invoicing. • Create BRD, FRD, MD50, configuration documents, and user training materials.

Job Requirements

7+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Strong understanding of logistics, transportation processes, and supply chain flows.
Experience in end-to-end OTM implementation (at least 2–3 full lifecycle projects preferred).
Solid knowledge of: Order Release, Shipment Planning Rate Management & Contracts Automation Agents Itineraries & Network Configuration Freight Settlement & Billing
Experience working with OTM APIs, integration flows (SOA, REST), and data migration.
Ability to analyze, document, and present business process designs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
