• Overseeing all account work, personnel, and client communication related to the SEO team • Answering difficult questions and putting out major client fires • Guiding ongoing tactic and strategy adjustments • Developing and performing ongoing training for the SEO team • Handling all day-to-day personnel issues • Performing sales demos upon request • Performing technical SEO audits on non-SEO clients • Managing communications between departments • Executing and supporting projects that contribute to department OKRs, roadmaps, and churn initiatives • Working closely with the Training team to develop education and skill development for the SEO department
