Job Description

• Define and execute the vision for Datmos's Strategy & Client Solutions department, positioning the company as the market leader in data-driven customer experiences. • Drive adoption and maturity of data literacy, analytic methodologies, and AI/ML strategies across the organization and in client solutions. • Champion a customer-centric strategy to create high-value experiences grounded in data and insights. • Serve as Datmos’s chief thought leader, actively participating in conferences, industry publications, and client executive committees. • Act as Executive Strategy Advisor on high-value B2C and B2B accounts, leading high-level strategic discussions with C-suite clients. • Responsible for the development, coaching, engagement, and performance of the entire strategy department. • Provide demanding yet inspiring leadership, holding the team accountable for profitability targets. • Ensure the financial viability and overall profitability of the department.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, digital commerce, or senior-level consulting, including at least 5 years in a VP or Executive Director role overseeing multiple senior leaders.
  • Deep, proven expertise in B2B digital transformation, including the complexities of B2B e-commerce platforms, sales models, and underlying technologies (PIM, ERP, CRM, CPQ, etc.).
  • Recognized expertise in using data, analytics, and business intelligence to drive client strategic outcomes and define measurable roadmaps.
  • Strong interest in building data & AI services for clients and in leveraging AI to enhance internal services.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact, negotiate, and advise at the C-suite level (CEO, CMO, CIO), with exceptional presence and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in demanding leadership and mentoring of director-level talent (Directors / Heads / Leads), fostering a strong, high-performing team culture.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is strongly preferred, as the role involves interaction with clients and teams across North America.
  • Availability and flexibility to travel frequently across Canada and the United States for client engagements, conferences, and internal executive meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent executive education is highly recommended.
