Job Description
• Join the experience-first teams at TalentXM and TravelXM!
• Identify and engage potential candidates for roles in both tech and travel sectors using LinkedIn, job boards, and community forums.
• Craft personalized outreach messages to spark interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones, send calendar invites, and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Manage our talent pipeline in Zoho CRM, keeping candidate records organized and up-to-date.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and LinkedIn posts that reflect our culture.
• Explore recruitment automation using tools like Zoho Flow to streamline workflows.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics – such as outreach response rates, number of candidates in each stage, and time-to-fill positions.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate student (current) – You’re actively enrolled in a degree program and eager to learn by doing in a real HR/talent acquisition role.
- Tech & travel enthusiast – You have an interest in technology (you’re curious about software, AI, or startups) and a passion for cultural and travel experiences.
