• Build and maintain features across web and mobile platforms using Laravel, Flutter, and React • Collaborate with the Tech Lead and product team to design, develop, test, and launch new capabilities • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions • Write clean, efficient, well-tested code • Contribute to database design and performance tuning in MySQL and MongoDB • Help maintain and improve dev workflows using tools like Bitbucket, AWS, and QA automation tools • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development • Think like a product engineer – contribute ideas, spot potential improvements, and help shape the product experience • Genuinely understand our use cases and be able and willing to communicate with customers when necessary • Understand and assist with compliance tasks (SOCII, HIPAA, etc..)
