Job Description
• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and holding teams accountable
• Deliver customer retention results through team development
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and growth investments
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans
• Develop talent when recruiting, selecting, and training.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations
- P&L experience
- Valid Driver’s License
