Job Description
• Define, own, and execute the global information security strategy aligned with Netwrix’s business goals and customer commitments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board on security risk, threat landscape, and compliance.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise security monitoring solutions (e.g., SIEM, SOAR).
• Ensure robust detection, analysis, and response capabilities that protect both internal operations and customer-facing services.
• Lead security strategy for cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, ensuring SaaS and on-premises solutions are secure, scalable, and resilient.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into product design and operations, driving secure-by-default practices.
• Own IAM strategy and execution, including identity lifecycle, credentialing, SSO, MFA, and privileged access.
• Direct vulnerability management programs across infrastructure, applications, and products.
• Lead the global incident response program, including playbooks, readiness exercises, and cross-functional coordination.
• Own business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) planning and testing, ensuring organizational resilience and customer confidence.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide monitoring solutions (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, log management)
- Deep expertise securing cloud and hybrid cloud architectures across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM programs, including identity lifecycle management, credentialing, SSO, MFA, privileged access management
- Proven track record leading cross-functional incident response efforts
- Strong experience building and leading vulnerability management programs for infrastructure, applications, and products
- Excellent ability to partner with executive leadership, customers, engineers, and product teams
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and related standards
