• Define vision and strategy for our enterprise solutions offerings in Smartsheet • Use company objectives, customer needs, market trends, and business outcomes (with a focus on ARR growth) to inform your work • Socialize your work and drive alignment with cross-functional leaders; work closely with design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences • Use internal and external data to guide experimentation, decisions, opportunities and evaluation of success • Partner with research, product design, data science and analytics teams to run experiments and test prototypes to validate hypotheses • Communicate strategy, product insights, winning and losing experimentation, etc. to a wide audience • Mentor junior product managers and help support their growth • Support other duties as needed
