Job Description
• Set goals for every client engagement in your pod
• Ensure that every client follows best practices across all channels and mediums
• Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks for successful campaign execution
• Establish accountability and build a proactive structure in team communications
• Maintain a focus on achieving NSM Attainment, CSAT, and designated bookings for the pod
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a performance marketing agency
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Strong understanding of LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, and Share of SERP
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and setting strategic goals
- Experience in leading teams and empowering them with clear communication
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
