Job Description
• Research, track, and analyze current events and relevant policies.
• Develop local, state, and federal policy strategy and advocacy campaigns.
• Work with Managing Director to implement goals for policy priorities.
• Write long and short form policy white papers and documents.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in advocacy, think tank, government office, policy research, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong short and long form writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to build coalitions and relationships with other advocacy organizations.
