• As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform • Analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, & troubleshoot errors • Serve as technical lead on projects regarding Salesforce application development • Maintain the security & integrity of the Salesforce platform • Research Salesforce release notes & prepare environment for upcoming releases • Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform • Create timelines & estimates for project work • Troubleshoot & fix bugs • Test applications prior to User Acceptance Testing & ensure requirements are met • Meet with internal & external stakeholders to understand requirements • Produce project estimates & communicate regularly with project managers to update progress • Proactively & independently determine tasks for projects without guidance from manager or project manager • Design & architect applications to meet business needs & work with Business Analysts to present solutions to stakeholders • Monitor system performance & development mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies
