• We are looking for a contract/freelance copywriter with extensive experience writing about the broad topic of loyalty, covering everything from loyalty technology, loyalty programs and how they are changing, loyalty program design and modeling, customer loyalty trends and changes in loyalty program member behaviors, ideally across multiple industries, including air, banking/financial services, hotels/hospitality and retail.
