• Develop and implement the company’s overall technology vision and strategic direction, ensuring it supports business objectives. • Oversee product development and launch of new software or hardware solutions to support customer requirements, sales accuracy, and ongoing asset management and performance. • Plans, prioritizes, and communicated to leadership what and when the (internal or external) engineering teams will deliver all related features. • Defines, simulates, validates and generates acceptance tests for related product features and capabilities. • Supports business development and prospective customers with subject matter expertise. • Identify and evaluate the latest technologies, assessing their potential for strategic advantage and business impact. • Evaluate technologies and solutions for long-term asset ownership. • Hire, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams across software, digital, and infrastructure engineering disciplines. • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, board of directors, business units and stakeholders.
