• Develop and drive the overall experience design vision aligned with company goals, target audiences, and the product roadmap for ApartmentIQ. • Own the design system, along with a plan for evolutionary implementation to bring the vision to reality over time. • Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize and spec out new features • Work directly with engineering to ensure a feature gets built, balancing your vision, technical feasibility, and user value • Design new features all the way from concept to finalized pixels • Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Utilize findings to inform and validate design decisions.
