• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process for new site launches and feature releases, ensuring projects ship on time and to specification. • Handle incoming feature requests and launch requirements from exec team and product owners, prioritizing effectively and maintaining a clear, well-organized backlog. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of delivery processes, technical specifications, feature releases, and project status to ensure visibility across the organization. • Work closely with our tech team to understand capacity, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate smooth handoffs between teams. • Manage and support a small team of product managers, ensuring alignment and consistent delivery standards. • Identify and remove bottlenecks in our delivery pipeline, implementing processes and systems that enable us to scale efficiently. • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on delivery timelines, blockers, and project status. • Coordinate monthly site launches, ensuring all dependencies are addressed and teams are aligned for successful go-lives.
