Job Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of commercial experience as a software developer
At least 1+ year of experience leading other developers and acting as a Technical Lead
Strong proficiency in C++ and Qt
Experience working on large-scale software development projects
Proven experience developing modular architectures and plugin-based desktop applications
Solid hands-on experience with 3D graphics/geometry, including meshes, rendering, and transformations
Background in CAD-like, medical imaging, or scan-processing applications
Experience designing clean API/data models, module boundaries, lifecycle definitions, and integration patterns
Strong architecture skills to guide overall system design
Excellent leadership and communication abilities, including requirement clarification and coordination with teams and stakeholders (e.g., SkyRocks/KLOwen)
Practical, MVP-driven mindset with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early
Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams
English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written)
Reliable home workstation and stable internet connection
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
