• Establish Autheo’s ecosystem vision, operating framework, and growth roadmap • Architect and hire the Ecosystem Department (DevRel, Integration Leads, Partner Ops) • Build the developer adoption funnel — SDKs, APIs, docs, sandboxes, onboarding • Lead strategy for L1/L2 onboarding, cross-chain integrations, and enterprise adoption • Launch developer programs: hackathons, webinars, workshops, documentation cycles • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to align DevHub, SDKs, and Release Cycles • Work with Global Channels to onboard GSIs, VARs, enterprise partners, and integrators • Build EaaS frameworks allowing external orgs to launch sovereign ecosystems on Autheo • Partner with Marketing to create ecosystem stories, campaigns, and GTM materials • Drive community governance, incentives, and contributor enablement • Track KPIs: project launches, developer growth, partner activations, infra utilization • Prepare ecosystem reports for leadership, token events, and investor groups
