• Plan and manage end-to-end logistics, production, and onsite execution for major national events and trade shows; manage event budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align objectives, programming, staffing, and meeting execution. • Ensure national events consistently meet R365’s brand and experience standards. • Develop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and best practices for national event planning and execution. • Cultivate ongoing relationships with key vendors, venues, production partners, and service providers beyond national programs.
