• Oversee development, support, and optimization of Salesforce (SFDC), Zuora CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, and Concur systems. • Ensure seamless integration across platforms using MuleSoft and maintain robust API connectivity. • Drive enhancements and customizations in Salesforce and Zuora CPQ to support evolving business needs. • Manage ERP and financial systems (NetSuite) and HR systems (Workday) for operational efficiency. • Implement governance for expense management tools like Concur. • Define and execute the roadmap for application development and support aligned with business objectives. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement. • Establish and manage a global support model for critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance. • Implement ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management. • Enforce data security, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and vendor SLA adherence. • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of developers, architects, and support specialists. • Manage budgets for application development and support initiatives.
