Job Description

• Develop custom programming code to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets • Ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements • Perform validation programming and resolve discrepancies with project team members • Maintain organized project documentation and quality control documents • Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects • Develop specifications for datasets and outputs of any complexity • Conduct effective internal meetings and distribute relevant information • Direct the programming activities of other personnel • Provide feedback to project team members to reduce inefficiencies • Mentor programming personnel by developing training courses and reviewing work

Job Requirements

Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Extensive experience in statistical programming, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting
Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, RShiny or Python
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 or equivalent certification preferred
