• Lead and manage end-to-end hospital activations: kickoff, technical & clinical onboarding, validation, and go-live. • Coordinate across clinical teams, hospital IT and cybersec, product and engineering, and third-party vendors (e.g., EHR integrations). • Own escalation and resolution processes so activation blockers are addressed rapidly and escalated effectively when needed. • Develop and maintain activation playbooks, checklists, runbooks, and customer-facing onboarding materials. • Design and maintain activation tracking and risk dashboards to provide transparency to internal and hospital stakeholders. • Capture and share learnings after each activation: post-mortems, improvement actions, and updates to playbooks. • Identify and drive automation or standardization opportunities across the activation lifecycle to reduce manual effort and cycle time. • Act as the voice of the hospital during activation and early usage — represent customer needs back to product, engineering, and commercial teams.
