• Analyze and document client People, Process, and Technology current state, challenges, and opportunities• Work with a project team to analyze legacy business processes and systems into modern solutions• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional/technical requirements• Participate in solution design sessions to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected• Provide ongoing business analysis and support throughout the project lifecycle• Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical risks for current and future state solutions• Design and implement optimal business processes and solutions based on industry best practices• Support development of comprehensive business roadmaps that align with strategic goals and objectives • Contribute to the creation of business plans, resource plans, and budget plans for various business initiatives• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and deliverables, articulating solution features and benefits that satisfy customer requirements
