• Oversee and support assigned categories and supply chain operations to ensure timely customer order fulfillment. • Optimize working capital while leading multiple productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. • Partner cross functionally to manage, develop, lead, and track productivity project deliverables. • Execute cost reduction strategies and projects through supplier relationship management. • Collaborate on and execute commodity strategies. • Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to sourcing materials and supplies needed for production. • Initiate and participate in events to identify and implement process improvements. • Implement supply chain tools and processes that continuously drive out non-value activity for the supply chain team, internal/external customers, and suppliers. • Continuously find ways to move from tactical type activities to strategic activities. • Analyze supply chain data and performance to drive solutions and actions required to meet or exceed targets. • Coach, train, and develop cross functional team members.
