Job Description

• Support the full lifecycle of our business applications within an Agile IT environment. • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure applications remain stable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs. • Contribute to application design and maintenance. • Identify opportunities for process or technology improvements. • Support system integrations and maintain clear technical documentation. • Help monitor project timelines and provide end-user support through issue triage, root-cause analysis, and coordination with vendors or senior analysts. • Participate in aspects of EQT’s Agile IT environment including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Collaborate with team members and leaders across departments on strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with enterprise applications and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, math, science or a closely related technical field.
  • Demonstrated ability to upgrade and maintain multiple applications.
  • Experience of the following: documentation; presentation tools; and basic project or task management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work beside team Leads who will support some supervision while multi-tasking across several project milestones and initiatives.
  • Ability to take ownership and/or accountability for departmental deliverables and provide broad subject matter skillsets in multiple areas.
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and interpersonal interactions.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
